Bowling is so much fun!

Today, we went bowling with some new friends from our neighborhood. It was the first time we had ever been and boy was it fun. They had special ramps for us to put the balls onto and they also put gutter guards on so none of our balls went in the gutters. I had to help Adam a little bit at first but then he got the hang of it and could do it on his own too. Believe it or not, Adam had the highest score of all 4 of us in our group! We'll definitely have to go bowling again sometime soon.

Watching our morning TV

Since it's been kind of chilly early in the mornings lately, Adam and I love to snuggle on the couch under Mommy's favorite blanket and drink our apple juice while we watch our morning TV. It is so comfortable under there!

I kept my diaper dry "awwww night"

Usually in the mornings when I wake up, I tell mommy, "I swep awwwww night." This morning though, I had a very exciting thing happen. I told mommy, "I kep my diapo dry awwwww night." Mommy says that I am doing such a great job on the potty and I am so proud of myself! This is another step in the right direction. Don't know if it will happen again for a while but I'm sure going to try. I am very excited because I get to be "just like Michael" in my Big Boy Potty book and also like my good friend "Aurara" too!

Happy Birthday Gramma Esther

We had a special birthday celebration for Gramma Esther for her birthday. Grampa, Uncle Buzz and Uncle Patrick were all there. I had my favorite "Shrimp French Fried Rice" and shared it with Adam for dinner. After dinner was over, we got to have cake. As Adam says, "Yea, cake!!!" Happy Birthday, Gramma. We love you!!

Success on the potty!

Today was the first time that I sat on my new potty and actually made peeps and poops in it! I was so proud of myself and of course, so were Alex, mommy and daddy. Not only did I do it just once, but several times. Each time I went, I got an m&m for my "special treat." Mommy hopes I continue to do well on the potty. At least I'm off to a good start and hopefully I'll be out of diapers by the time my new baby sister arrives.

Happy Birthday Alex!

Today was my "real" birthday and I got to open my presents from mommy, daddy and Adam. I got some Superman and Batman jammies - 2 of my favorite people. I also got a Geo Trax set which I have wanted for some time now. "Oh, mommy, I just LOVE the presents you gave to me. Thank you so much."

Opening presents after the party

Since there wasn't enough time to open my presents at the party, we brought all of them home to open. Boy was that great. My Grandma Kitty and Grandpa Art were there to help too.
Thank you to all of my friends for such nice presents and more importantly for being such nice friends!

My 5th birthday party!

Today we had my birthday party at the Children's Museum and boy was it fun! I had all of my friends there and I think everyone had a great time. I am such a lucky boy to have so many nice friends to come and celebrate with me. I loved the diesel train on my cake. It was so cool!

Honey Tose

Every morning for breakfast, I have the same thing - one of my favorite combinations. Peanut butter and honey toast or "honey tose" as I call it and a glass of milk. Every once in a while I'll change my order and have corn chex or honey nut cheerios but not very often. Here are some pix of me eating my honey tose this morning and giving the thumbs up sign that means it is delicious!

We're having a baby sister!!

Today, mommy and daddy went to the baby doctor to have pictures made of our new baby. They found out that we are having a little girl this time. When mommy called me and told me, I said, "I'm so glad because that's what I wanted." We are all very excited about having a baby sister in our family. Mommy said that everything looked great during the ultrasound, even the "harpsicord" (aka umbilical cord).

Reading bedtime stories

I love you, Aggex

I love my brother, Aggex, so much! We don't always get along but when we are separated, I am always looking for him and when we are reunited, it is as if we haven't seen each other in years! We truly are best buddies.
