Decorating for Christmas

Today, mommy took out all of the Christmas decorations and our big tree. Our favorite Christmas toy is the Little People Christmas Story. It's a little manger scene with "Mawy, Josa, and Baby Jees." Adam's favorite is the little Baby Jesus and mine is the Angel on top that you can push to make the music play. Mommy is amazed that we haven't worn out the batteries yet!

No more binky for me!!

I am so proud of myself that I don't have to use my binky for sleeping any more. I still cry a little bit at bedtime but mommy and daddy reassure me of what a big boy I am and then I seem to be fine. Here is a picture of me waking up after a full night of sleep without my binky. I'm such a big boy!!

Camera technical difficulties

Hello everyone! There have been no new pictures for a little while on our blog. Mommy and Daddy are having difficulties with the digital camera and are unable to get it to upload pictures to the computer since Adam was "using" it the other day. Hopefully they'll be able to get it fixed soon.
Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving. We had a great day and were able to have all of our family here this year which was truly a blessing. Mommy, Daddy, Adam, the new baby in Mommy's tummy, Grandma Esther, Grandpa Jeff, Grandma Kitty, Grandpa Art, Uncle Eric, Uncle Buzz and Uncle Pootsky were all here. "I am so thankful for my family."

Love, Alex

All bundled up

Today it was so cold when we went to school. We were both very excited to have to get bundled up in our warm winter coats. As you can see, we were thrilled to be warmly dressed before hitting the cold weather. It is great!

P.S. Happy Birthday Miss Tiffany!

Ride 'em Cowboy!

We always love to wrestle on the floor with Daddy in the evenings after dinner. One of our favorite things to do is ride on his back like he is our horse. Tonight, we were both able to climb on together for the first time. It didn't last too long though and then Adam toppled off. What fun!

Here is a picture with our mom and dad

We love mommy and daddy almost as much as they love us. Here we all are. XOXOXXXOOO

Enjoying a breezy day at the park

Today, mommy took us to the park so we would stay out of the way while daddy painted some rooms in our new house. We had a great time and took a nice "manger" (nature) walk. I enjoy climbing on all the slides and climbing walls they have there.

I am a fairy princess

Today, we went over to our good friend's house to play. She had a bunch of dress up clothes and I thought they were great. As you can see, I especially loved the light-up princess shoes, crown and wand.

Face painting at the party!

We went to Reli's birthday party on Sunday and boy did we have fun. Our behavior left something to be desired but we sure had a good time. There was this great clown and she painted our faces with snakes. Here we are with our snakes.

Potty Time

Sometimes I like to tell my mommy and daddy that I need to go "poopee" so I can go and sit on the potty. I haven't done anything in the potty yet but I sure do like to sit there just like my big brother, Alex. Maybe one of these days, something exciting will happen on the potty.

My new big boy room!

When we moved into our new house, I got to sleep in my new big boy room and big boy bed - no more crib for me! Mommy was able to decorate my room with loaders, bulldozers and cement mixers and have it just right for me when we moved in. I LOVE my new bed and my new room. I have slept like a champ for naps and bedtime without any hitches. Going "nigh-nigh" is one of my new favorite activities! As you can see, my brother Alex likes to lay with me sometimes too. Can't wait to have some friends over to play in my new room.

Happy Halloween!

This past weekend, we moved into our new house. We have been pretty busy getting everything situated. Last night we went trick-or-treating and boy was it fun. We were pretty tired after a few blocks and decided that we had plenty of candy. It was fun to come back home and help hand out candy to the other trick-or-treaters! "Mommy, when will it be Halloween again? Why can't it be Halloween every day?"
