A train ride for Aidan

Our friend Aidan LOVES trains. It was appropriate that we took a train ride for his birthday party this year. Our good friends Reli and Bella were even able to come to the party!

Neighborhood Halloween Party

Our neighborhood Halloween party was a blast this year. There was a costume contest, a moonbouncer, hotdogs, pizza and Rudy's BBQ! The best part was the hook & ladder fire truck that came and put up it's ladder for us.

Peacefull bliss

Naps in the car are so wonderful! Especially when you are warm and snuggly in your jacket on a cold day!

Hoedown at the ranch

Last weekend was my school's annual fundraiser called Hoedown. They have so many fun things there for us to do. Adam and I really enjoyed the petting zoo and also boxing with each other. I even got to dunk my principal in the dunk tank! She couldn't believe I was strong enough to get her soaked!

Hook 'em Horns!

We got to go to a UT football practice and it was way cool! We watched them practice to get ready to beat Nebraska. Hunter and I had a good time with our dads. Daddy was of course trying to teach us the Gig'em sign but even he had a good time watching the Longhorns.

Crow's Nest Farm

Last week, Adam got to go on a field trip to Crow's Nest Farm. It was a lot of fun. They even got to ride on a school bus! How cool is that?

Alex earns his Bobcat badge

I have joined the Cub Scouts this year and I am loving it. My Daddy is the den leader and I have several friends in the den with me. All of the members from my den finished the requirements for our Bobcat badge and we all earned our badges last night at our local pack meeting. As our reward, we had our faces painted like bobcats. This Cub Scout thing is going to be the greatest!

The donkeys and horses

We all enjoyed feeding the horses and donkeys. They were so gentle when taking the hay from our hands.

Gracie and the goats

Gracie loved feeding the animals. She was not afraid at all and continued to feed leaves to the goats and hay to the horses and donkeys.

Sweet Berry Farm

We had a great time last week when we went to the pumpkin patch in Marble Falls. We even got to take a hay ride!

Early morning breakfast

We are always pretty chipper in the morning as long as we can have our Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal and a toaster struedel along with a glass of milk or juice.

Is Gracie a lefty?

Gracie has started to enjoy feeding herself with a fork and spoon. She is getting better at it every day. Notice which hand she is using? She seems to have better dexterity with the left hand. We'll see if this continues.....

Cousin Adin

We got to see our cousin Adin today at Adam's soccer game. We all enjoyed getting to see him and I was so happy to get to hold him! He is a sweet baby.

Alex the soccer star

I really enjoy playing soccer. Even though my team hasn't won a game yet, that really doesn't matter to me. I know that what is most important is playing my best and having fun. I definitely do that every Saturday!

Night night time

We got to have movie night on Friday at our house. What this means is that we get to set up our sleeping bags upstairs in the gameroom and pick a movie to watch. We then get to sleep in the gameroom in our sleeping bags. It is so much fun. Gracie saw us getting our sleeping bags out and knew we were getting ready for bed. She immediately pulled out a book and sat on the floor next to the sleeping bags so we could read to her! She is a character!

A new friend

At the park, Gracie discovered a new friend, Devon. Devon is a few weeks older than Gracie and they got along famously.

We went to one of our favorite local parks on Friday. It was lots of fun.
