A playdate with friends!

We had a really fun playdate today with our good friends Aurelia and Arabella. Alex was in school but Gracie and I got to go. It is always great to see our friends and have a good time.

Today we took of the local fire station. There were lots of cool things to see. We even got to watch the firefighter don all of his turnout gear and shake his hand.

We are very fortunate to have lots of friends here in our neighborhood. Here is Gracie with Amelia who is a few months older and lives right around the corner.

Contemplating going down

Gracie has become a master at climbing up the stairs but still has no clue on how to get down. She contemplates the two steps down from the gameroom into the workroom but hasn't come down them yet on her own. Soon enough....

Western Day Buddies

Budding musician??

Gracie loves the new piano. She has discovered the pretty sounds that come from the keys when Mommy leaves the cover open.

Jenga anyone?

My good friend Maddie got me the game of Jenga for my birthday in January. Not only do Adam and I love to play the actual game but we also enjoy making towers and buildings with all of the blocks.

Look Mommy! No training wheels!

Yesterday, Mommy went shopping for the day with Grandma Esther for her birthday. When she came home she had a huge birthday surprise waiting for her. Adam had learned to ride my old bike without any training wheels. It was very exciting and Adam was very proud of himself.

The dishwasher fairy

Little miss Gracie is into everything these days. As you can see, she not only likes to climb up the stairs but also up onto the dishwasher when Mommy has it open. Silly Gracie!

Happy Birthday Cullen

Here is Adam at Cullen's birthday party. Cullen is 4 now and is one of Adam's best little friends from school.

Monster Truck Rally

A few weeks ago we went to the Monster Truck Rally. It was really cool and REALLY loud so we had to wear ear protection. We had a great time!

Spreading some Valentine cheer

Yesterday, Adam, Mommy and Gracie went to a local nursing home with MOMS club to deliver some Valentines. The people there were so nice and so grateful that all the children were able to come. Here is a picture of some of us after we delivered our Valentines.

Helping with the laundry

Little Gracie girl was very curious about the dryer. Mommy hopes this means she'll be a good help with the laundry when she gets a little bit bigger.

Fun with Tyler

On Sunday we got to go to Gramma and Grampa's condo for a family brunch. It was nice for all of us to be together. We have gotten to know our new friend, Tyler. He is 2 1/2 and lots of fun to play with. He likes coming to Gramma and Grampa's too.

Happy Birthday Garrett!

It is always fun to go to someone's birthday party at Pump It Up! Happy Birthday Garrett! Here is almost our entire kindergarten class. Quite a few of us have recently had our birthdays so we've been to lots of parties in the past few weeks. Fun, fun, fun!
