Gracie's new car

One of Gracie's favorite birthday presents is her new pink and purple car. She loves to push it and ride in it. Thank you Grandma Esther and Grandpa Jeff!

Kindergarten Program

We had an end of the year program up at my school. If you look closely, I am in the very back row - 2nd in from the left. We sang lots of songs and made presents for our Mommies for Mother's Day. We all did a great job singing. Kindergarten is almost over and then I'll be a 1st grader! WOW!

Adam did well at horseshoes and truly lived up to his nickname, "Accurate Adam."

This was a fun race where we had to take the beans from one bucket to the other without spilling them. We did a pretty good job!

Adam was a great line dancer at Rodeo Days at his preschool. Here he is strutting his stuff and having a good time.

Mommy and Me

Wild-n-Crazy hair!

It seems to be a given fact that these days, Gracie needs her hair washed on a daily basis. She cannot keep her hands out of her hair, especially after she has eaten. Some of her favorite foods these days are "nana"s (bananas) and Nutri Grain bars. You can imagine how nice and sticky her hands are and how nice they make her hair look after she has rubbed them all through it!

Gracie will be one in a few weeks. She is speed crawling, cruising and able to climb up the stairs. Her words include Mama, Dada and Nana. Grow, Gracie, Grow!

A visit from family

Over Easter weekend, we had a visit from our Great Uncle Jim who drove all the way down from Iowa. We had never met him before but Mommy knows him well.

Little girls love strawberries too!

Yesterday at Sweet Berry Farms, Gracie was thoroughly enjoying her strawberries as you can see. Mama says, "Thank Heaven for little girls, Spray-n-Wash and her Maytag Neptune washer and dryer!"

Strawberry Pickin'

Yesterday we went strawberry picking at Sweet Berry Farms. It was so much fun and we ate almost as many strawberries as we picked.

Coloring Eggs

Happy Belated Easter everyone! Our mom didn't take many pictures at all this Easter but here we are having a good time coloring our eggs and getting ready for the bunny to come visit us.

Gettin Dirty

The first two shots are of Adam before he and Daddy went on their bike ride. The last two shots are front and back views of Adam after they went on their bike ride. The mud puddles are so much fun to go through!

Hairy Harry

At school, we are learning about how plants and seeds grow with water and sunlight. We made "Harry" at school on Monday and now he has some nice green hair!

A playdate with friends!

We had a really fun playdate today with our good friends Aurelia and Arabella. Alex was in school but Gracie and I got to go. It is always great to see our friends and have a good time.

Firefighter Baby

Today we took of the local fire station. There were lots of cool things to see. We even got to watch the firefighter don all of his turnout gear and shake his hand.

Cutie Pies

We are very fortunate to have lots of friends here in our neighborhood. Here is Gracie with Amelia who is a few months older and lives right around the corner.

Contemplating going down

Gracie has become a master at climbing up the stairs but still has no clue on how to get down. She contemplates the two steps down from the gameroom into the workroom but hasn't come down them yet on her own. Soon enough....

Western Day Buddies

Budding musician??

Gracie loves the new piano. She has discovered the pretty sounds that come from the keys when Mommy leaves the cover open.

Jenga anyone?

My good friend Maddie got me the game of Jenga for my birthday in January. Not only do Adam and I love to play the actual game but we also enjoy making towers and buildings with all of the blocks.
